A photo postcard featuring the Scotland Maru packed with troops. She was built in 1919 and in 1919 to 1920 she participated in the evacuation of the Czech Legion troops from Vladivostock, Russia. The Scotland Maru departed from Vladivostock on 25th Sept 1919 and arrived at Trieste with the troops on 8th January 1920. I am assuming this photo postcard shows her arrival at Trieste in 1920.
