1003901 | Wadai | Woermann Line | A matt finish photo postcard by the ship builders Reiherstieg Schiffswerfte featuring the Wadai ready for sea trials on 28th August 1920. She was originally built in 1916 as the Marie Woermann, but not completed until 1920 as the Wadai. On completion she sailed to the UK as war reparations. She was sold in 1921 to Rotterdam Lloyd where she served as the Tjerimai. Very light corner wear. A little very light marking to the front, mainly top left.
