1020601 | Cameron | An early, undivided back, sepia matt finish photo postcard featuring the Cameron. She was built in 1905 and served the company until sold to Chr Salvesen in 1916. Card is postally used in the Netherlands in 1906 with a Vinke & Co shipbrokers cachet to the reverse. Very light corner and edge wear. Small inked annotation to the top right corner. Otherwise a little light marking / ageing to the front with surface impression from the postal cancellation top left and near the stern of the vessel. A very light surface impression line down the left edge at the bottom. Age toning and light marking to the reverse. (VG) | £7.49 |
