1215001 | Victoria Luise | A scarce company art card by Muhlmeister & Johler featuring the Victoria Luise. She was built in 1900 as the Deutschland. In 1910 she was converted to a cruise ship and renamed Victoria Luise. She operated as such until WW1 when she was converted to an auxiliary cruiser. After WW1 she became the Hansa. Card shows her in her white hulled cruising livery. Postally used in Edinburgh in 1912 to Germany. Very light corner and edge wear with tiny bends to the bottom two corner tips.
