Mino, Moulmein 1303102 Mino, Moulmein A printed photo postcard showing the trawlers Mino and Moulmein which were damaged during the Dogger Bank Incident on 22nd October 1904, when the Russian fleet mistakenly opened fire on a number of Hull trawlers in the North Sea. The card is by Scott Russell & Co, Birmingham. Postally used in 1905. Light corner and edge wear and album corner marks / impressions. A small surface crinkle near the bottom right and bottom left corners. A couple of surface crinkles on the top left corner. Very light marking to the front. Very light marking / ageing to the reverse. (VG-) SOLD!
Unknown (Gamecock Fleet) 1302502 Unknown (Gamecock Fleet) A sepia toned printed photo postcard showing the trawlers of the Gamecock Fleet which were damaged during the Dogger Bank Incident on 22nd October 1904, when the Russian fleet mistakenly opened fire on a number of Hull trawlers in the North Sea. The card is from Lankester & Co, Tunbridge Wells with photo by Turner & Drinkwater of Hull. Very light corner and edge wear and album corner marks / impressions. A little surface silvering of the photo to the front. Otherwise very light marking to the front. Very light marking / ageing to the reverse with a couple of foxing dots. (VG) SOLD!
