Bassa 481105 Bassa A photo postcard by Feilden of Liverpool featuring the Bassa. She was built in 1918 as the War Pointer and became the Bassa in 1919. She was sunk in 1940. In nice clean condition, both sides, with minimal corner wear. (Ex-) £5.99
Biafra 1102001 Biafra A sepia printed postcard featuring the Biafra. She was built in 1895 as the Leopoldville. She served as the Biafra from 1896 to 1910. Light corner and edge wear. Extremely light marking to the front with a little very age toning around the edges. Very light marking to the reverse with age toning around the edges. (VG) £6.49
Elmina 1092702 Elmina A sepia printed postcard featuring the Elmina. She was built in 1906 as the Albertville for Cie Belge Maritime Du Congo. In 1910 she became the Elmina and served the company until 1928 when she became the Iphigenia. the card was originally produced for the Albertville, but has been overprinted for the ship's new name of Elmina top right. Postally used in 1911 by someone on board with a Southampton Paquebot cancellation and an Insufficient Postage cachet. Very light corner wear with very light album corner marks. Impression from postal cancellation top left and centre. Otherwise very light marking to the front. Very light marking / ageing to the reverse. (VG) SOLD!
Karina 805402 Karina A colour postcard by Hunt of Liverpool featuring the Karina (1905-1917). Postally used in Lagos, Nigeria in 1910. Some corner and edge wear including some wear to the bottom right corner and bottom edge. Light bends / surface crinkles to the bottom two corners. A few surface indentations, including indentation from postal cancellation top left. Some marking / ageing to the reverse. (G+) £4.99
Karina 1069501 Karina An early sepia printed postcard featuring the Karina (1905-1917). Postally used in 1907 with a Plymouth Paquebot cancellation. Message from person on board inked to the front. Very light corner and edge wear and a tiny surface crinkle to the bottom right corner tip with a few light spots in the same corner. A little postal ink marking top left, otherwise very light marking to the front. Very light marking to the reverse with a tink knock to the top left corner tip and a small surface indentation on the top edge, centre. (VG) £6.49

Postally used in Wimbledon in 1904 with date inked to the front. Very light corner and edge wear and very light album corner indentations. A little light ageing and a few light foxing spots to both sides of the card. (VG) SOLD!
