A photo postcard probably by Cooper of Liverpool, but not marked as such, featuring the sailing ship Fennia. She was built in 1902 as the Champigny. She became the Fennia in 1923 for AB Finska Skolskeppsrederiet. She was dismasted in the South Atlantic in 1927 and condemned at Stanley, Falkland Islands. Very light corner and edge wear. Very light marking to the front. Very light marking / ageing to the reverse. (VG)
A photo postcard by Cooper of Liverpool, featuring the sailing ship Glenard. She was built in 1893 for Sterling & Co, Liverpool. In 1900 she was sold to Russian owners, and passed in 1911 to AB Finska Skolskeppsrederiet, Helsinki. In 1923 she became the Glenardle. Very light corner and edge wear. Very light marking to the front. Very light marking / ageing to the reverse. (VG)
