Hokoku Maru 1219015 Hokoku Maru Osaka Shosen Kaisha (OSK Line), Japan A lovely and scarce company printed art postcard featuring the Hokoku Maru. She was built in 1940 and only served with the company for a very short time before being requisitioned by the Japanese navy in August 1941 for use as an armed merchant cruiser. She was sunk in the Indian Ocean in November 1942. Extremely light corner wear. Album corner impressions and light marking / ageing to the corners from album corner mounts.
