An art card from the series produced by shipbuilders Cammell Laird of Birkenhead featuring the Canadian Train Ferry and Ice Breaker Leonard of 1914. She served her Canadian owners until 1917 when she was requisitioned for military service between Southampton to Cherbourg as TF4 between 1918 to 1919. She was subsequently converted to the tanker Limax. The card was postally used in 1972, but of course, dates to the early 1920s. In nice clean condition to the front with very light corner wear. Very light marking to the reverse. (VG)
