Unknown (Ellerman Hall Line) 229103 Unknown (Ellerman Hall Line) A scarce early undivided back Ellerman Hall Line postcard featuring a steamer "Leaving Suez Canal" with company houseflag top left. Postally used in 1908 at Suez to the UK. A cancellation from Port Taufiq to the front of the card. Clean with light corner wear. Reverse has a little surface paper missing bottom left corner. The card surface is very lightly uneven. (VG) SOLD!
Unknown (Ellerman Hall Line) 419912 Unknown (Ellerman Hall Line) A company art card featuring an unknown steamer off Naples. Art is by Odin Rosenvinge. Postally used in 1916 at Las Palmas with Spanish stamp. In clean condition with some corner wear, mainly to the bottom two corners. (VG) SOLD!
Unknown (Ellerman Hall Line) 390001 Unknown (Ellerman Hall Line) A company art card featuring company steamers at Karachi and Malta with art by Odin Rosenvinge. Postally used in Port Said in 1919 by a passenger on board the City of Cairo. Light corner wear and very light album corner indentations. Front is lightly makred with postal ink top right and other general marks. (VG) SOLD!
Unknown (Ellerman Hall Line) 670301 Unknown (Ellerman Hall Line) An early company art card featuring views of Chateau D'If and Liverpool, with art by Odin Rosenvinge. Written to the reverse by someone on the City of Marseilles at Port Said with a Port Said Paquebot cancellation dated 1915. The writer talks about great adventures since leaving Marseilles. Strangely, there does not seem to have been a stamp affixed to the card. Light corner and edge wear and surface indentation mark from postal cancellation. A little light surface marking and "Marseilles" inked near the Chateau D'If illustration. A little light marking to the reverse. (VG) SOLD!
