Bertagne / Brittany 1118205 Bertagne / Brittany A colour printed postcard by J. Arthur Dixon featuring the Bretagne / Brittany. She was built in 1952 as the Bretagne for SGTM. She was acquired by Europe Australia Lines (Chandris) in 1961 but only carried the name Bretagne for a year before being renamed Brittany in 1962. She only lasted for another year being destroyed by fire in 1963. The card shows her with the name Bretagne on the ship, but the card is for the Brittany. Very light corner and edge wear. Extremely light marking to the front. Very light marking to the reverse with a couple of extremely light foxing type marks. Size approx 5.75" x 3.9". (VG) £3.49
Bretagne 910904 Bretagne A company printed colour postcard featuring the Bretagne. She was built in 1951 as the Bretagne for SGTM and passed to Chandris (EAL) in 1961. She comtinued under the same name for the Europe Australia Line until 1962 when she was renamed Brittany. She was burnt out in 1963. Very light corner wear and clean to the front with a little light surface marking. Collectors ship details cachet and inked details to the reverse. Light marking / ageing to the reverse. (VG) £3.49
Bretagne 1197602 Bretagne A colour printed postcard by J. Arthur Dixon featuring the Bretagne. She was built in 1952 as the Bretagne for SGTM. She was acquired by Europe Australia Lines (Chandris) in 1961 but only carried the name Bretagne for a year before being renamed Brittany in 1962. Bretagne / Brittany 896105 Bretagne / Brittany A colour postcard by J. Arthur Dixon featuring the Brittany (ex Bretagne). Photo is by Beken of Cowes. The photo on the front is actually of her with the name Bretagne. She only carried the name Brittany for a short while in 1962-63 before being burnt out. In nice clean condition to the front with minimal corner wear and a little very light surface marking. Minimal marking to the reverse. Size approx 5.75" x 4". RESERVED!
