Mongolia / Manchuria 1140825 Mongolia / Manchuria Pacific Mail Steamship Co. A colour printed postcard from K.P.C. Yokohama, Japan, featuring a view of the Mongolia of 1904 (name on the bow) with art by Fred Pansing. Her sistership was Manchuria and that name has been stamped to the front, bottom centre. Both ships passed to the Atlantic Transport Line in 1915/1916. Very light marking / ageing to the front. Very light corner and edge wear. The reverse has several light surface crinkles which, strangely, do not seem to coincide with any bends or impressions on the card - perhaps they are as a result of the printing process?? Otherwise very light marking to the reverse with a couple of very light foxing dots. (VG/VG-) £7.99
